Sunday Worship
We will gather together for worship again at 10:15 a.m. Sunday in our building and via livestream on our Facebook page. Pastor Jeff McCourt will preach the message, “The Most Famous, Inspirational, Versatile, and Misused Verse in the Bible” on Philippians 4:10-13.Adult and children’s Sunday School is at 9 a.m.
Adult Sunday school will also be livestreamed on our YouTube channel.
Please continue to join us in welcoming college students. Grab a name tag at the entrance, and introduce yourself over a cup of coffee and a donut hole in the foyer.

Reminder: fellowship hall worship option
We will continue to have the fellowship hall available as an alternate worship area with no singing and masks required. If you need to walk through the fellowship hall on Sunday morning, please remember to wear a mask.

Bring Your Parent to Youth Group night
The first night of youth group is 7 – 9 p.m. this Sunday, Aug. 29, and it is Bring Your Parent to Youth Group night. Bring a parent (or two) for a fun night of youth group and to hear our plans for this coming school year. Youth Group is for any youth entering seventh through 12th grade.

Fall Sunday school
There will be no Sunday school September 5. Fall Sunday school begins at 9 a.m. September 12.
Children: If you haven’t yet registered your child(ren), you may register here or fill out a sheet in the foyer.
Adults: We will work through the gospel truths in the book “Gentle and Lowly” by Dane Ortlund in the auditorium. You may pick up a book at the table in the foyer beginning this Sunday.

Women’s breakfast
All women are invited to the women’s breakfast 9 – 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 11. Join us for fellowship with friends, old and new, over coffee, fruit and bagels. College students, we’d love for you to come!

Women’s fall kickoff retreat
Women: Get excited to go deeper with Jesus and with each other at the fall retreat.
Date: 7 p.m. – overnight Friday, Oct. 8; 9 a.m. – 4 p.m. Saturday, Oct. 9
Location: Riverview Conference Center, 439 N. Division Street, Cedar Falls
Cost: $15 for both days; $10 for Saturday only
