Everyone is invited to come together to share a simple meal, fellowship and pray. As we meet as one body, we will orient ourselves and each other toward CHBC's mission of desiring to reflect the glory of God in all things and toward Christ. Please contact the church office at chbc.office1@gmail.com or 319-277-3889 if you plan to attend so we know how much food to prepare.
This seven-week DVD study by Pricilla Shirer is more than just a description of the Armor of God -- It is a chance to really understand the Armor that God gives us and to learn to "be strong in the Lord and the strength of His might" (Eph. 6:10). We will learn to be strategic in prayer so we can see how the enemy's schemes mess with us and how to be victorious against them in our life.

If you desire fresh vision for your prayer life, or just a quiet place and some uninterrupted time to commune with God, please join us. We will spend time in praise and worship, and then be guided with Scripture and specific topics in a time of individual prayer. To maximize prayer time, we will not be serving food or coffee.
