Our Awana Club is a Bible-centered children’s ministry whose goal is to reach boys and girls with the Gospel of Christ and train them to serve Him. The acronym “AWANA” comes from the first letters of “Approved Workman Are Not Ashamed,” as taken from 2 Timothy 2:15. Children ages preschool through sixth grade are welcome to our weekly activities which include Bible lessons, small groups, prayer, singing, scripture memory, games and snacks.

Join us to see the Waterloo Blackhawks vs. Sioux Falls. Cost: $10 for adults; $5 for kids under age 12. This includes a game ticket, pizza and pop. Food will be served at CHBC starting at 5:45 p.m.; then we will carpool to the game. The puck drops at 7 p.m. To reserve your ticket, contact us by Tuesday, Feb. 20; then pay that night.
