Ladies’ Skill Sharing Morning

Please join us in the fellowship hall on Saturday, March 24 from 9-11 a.m. for a morning of sharing life skills and being encouraged in your walk with God by other CHBC ladies. Ladies will be able to choose two sessions to attend and learn a new skill or brush up on an old one. We will also have a short time of fellowship and refreshments.

If you are able to sign up ahead of time for the session you would like to attend, it will give us an idea of numbers. However, even if you are not able to sign up ahead of time, please plan to come. Sign up in the church foyer or contact Marilyn Baridon.

Choose two sessions:

• Planning and Preparing Freezer Meals – Learn how to organize and plan to make freezer meals.
• De-cluttering and Simplifying Your Wardrobe – Tips on cleaning out your closet and making it more functional for the way you live.
• Making Strawberry Freezer Jam – Find out how to turn fresh strawberries into simple and delicious jam.
• Cooking With an Instant Pot – Learn the “mysteries” of Instant Pot cooking, watch a demonstration and get recipes.
• Mending and Hemming/New Life For Your Jeans – Get tips on basic mending and hemming skills and also learn how to turn your old jeans into new styles.

Schedule:

• 9 – 9:20 a.m.      Welcome/Coffee/Snacks
• 9:20 – 10 a.m.    Session I
• 10 – 10:15 a.m.  Break for coffee and muffins
• 10:15 – 11 a.m.  Session II
