G.T. and the Halo Express

What is it?
GT and the Halo Express is a series of CD’s that follow the lives of Michael and Kristi and their guardian angels.  GT (Glad Tidings) and Guardian, along with their band, The Halo Express, show up just when Michael and Kristi need them the most.  Each CD is an audio drama interspersed with scripture set to music.  Topics include: kindness to siblings, God’s plan of salvation, perseverance, being made in God’s image, faith over fear, and the Christmas story.  The music makes it easy to memorize important scriptures that relate to events that all kids face.

Who’s it for?
This is appropriate for any preschool and school-aged child.  Older kids will likely find it babyish.

How’d it go?
“I didn’t have AWANA as a child, so GT and the Halo Express is where I learned all of my scripture.  GT kept me company many nights as I tried not to be afraid of the dark.  These (tapes in my case!) were a great source of comfort and encouragement.  Now I have shared them with my own children as well as my nieces and nephews so their young minds can be filled with the truth of God’s word.” – Lindsey Mulnix
